With over 35 years of industry experience, Rodrigo is the company’s founder and a driving force behind its growth and evolution. Known for his pragmatic, action-oriented leadership, he sets the company’s strategic direction and motivates the team to deliver real results. He currently chairs the board of both THB Regional and THB Uruguay.

Verónica Danneman

With over 25 years of leadership at THB Regional, Verónica embodies the culture of excellence, innovation, and commitment that defines the company. A strategic thinker and forward-looking leader, she played a key role in driving the company’s digital transformation through the implementation of WitWorks, a reinsurance management platform. Verónica currently serves on the board of both THB Regional and THB Uruguay.

María Sol Vélez

With a strong academic and professional background, over 15 years of experience in reinsurance and at THB Regional, María Sol leads and coordinates all departments and teams across the company. She oversees the full scope of operations—including technical, claims, accounting, and administrative areas—ensuring seamless performance while preserving the values, culture, and organizational structure that define who we are.

Melina Royo

An experienced reinsurance executive with over 25 years in the industry, Melina plays a key role in driving business growth at THB Regional. Since joining in 2019, she has strengthened the sales team and now leads strategy and client negotiations in a highly competitive market, combining deep technical knowledge with sharp strategic vision. Her career includes leadership roles at Guy Carpenter, Zurich Re, Nación Reaseguros, and Lockton.
